Dr. Kagan is more than a doctor- she’s become a caring friend…

Dr. Kagan has become more than a doctor- she's become a caring friend. I had to switch optometrists due to a change in my vision insurance and after asking around, she came very highly recommended. I started going to her about a month or so after she opened her practice. Dr. Kagan takes time with her patients and makes you feel like the priority that you are. I am an EXTREMELY indecisive person and she patiently sat and walked alongside me as I tried on upwards of 50 frames (I was getting prescription sunglasses as well ). Just about 6 weeks ago, I had told her that one of the nose pads had fallen off of my sunglasses and asked her if she could have it repaired or knew where I could take them. Dr. Kagan told me to bring them in and that she would send them directly to the company to have them repaired.These are pretty expensive sunglasses with polarized lenses and I was SHOCKED when she called me to tell me they were ready and to come in and get them. Not only was the nose pad repaired... both lenses had been replaced and free of charge!!! I am very hard on them and Dr. Kagan took notice to that and went the extra mile for me.If that's not quality, top-notch service, I don't know what is! Thank you Dr. Kagan!
